1 2 3 4 5 6 RESERVATION/REQUEST FORM RESIDENTIAL SOCIAL AREAS AMPLIFIED SOUND / OUTDOOR SOUND APPROVAL This form should be used to reserve outdoor residential social spaces in all residential areas (McCormick Quad, Alderman Road, Bond Courtyard, Upperclass Grills, etc.) and/or to request amplified or outdoor sound around a residential area. Indoor residential spaces are not available for reservation. In addition, reservations are subject to these guidelines. If you are requesting amplified or outdoor sound, Housing & Residence Life will approve exceptions to the policy only in cases where and when amplified and/or outside sound is unlikely to interfere with the mission of the University, and is unlikely to disrupt the academic, living, or working environment of University community members or their neighbors.
