Housing Application for Graduate Students

Housing & Residence Life is not currently accepting additional 2026-2027 graduate housing applications. At present, there is a significant waitlist for graduate housing spaces on Grounds. 

 

To help locate alternate housing in Charlottesville, you may want to create an account and search listings on our off-Grounds housing partner's website, offgroundshousing.student.virginia.edu. Note that properties on the off-Grounds housing website are not owned or operated by the University of Virginia.
