To report maintenance problems, use our online system:
Online maintenance requests are monitored between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on University holidays.
For maintenance emergencies, please call 434.924.3053. After business hours and on weekends and holidays, your call will automatically be forwarded to the Systems Control Center.
Please note that by requesting maintenance, you are giving maintenance staff permission to enter your room or apartment to assess and correct the problem. Staff will be there as soon as they can!
Other Problems
Computer Network
Problems with your computer network connection are handled by Information Technology Services (ITS), not through Housing & Residence Life or Facilities Management. For help, contact the ITS Help Desk.
