The historic Maury family Farmhouse has been converted into four apartments. Each apartment has a living room/dining area, kitchen, and full bath. Kitchens and bathrooms have tile floors, and the rest of the rooms have hardwood floors (some include carpeting/area rugs). Laundry facilities and a storage bin for each apartment are located in the basement. The Piedmont neighborhood is located within Albemarle County Public Schools, and is served by both University Transit Service and Charlottesville Area Transit.

Apartment #4 is a roomy and fully furnished two-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the third floor. Close to the entry are the living room, kitchen, and dining room. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV, full-size stove and refrigerator, and built-in shelving are among the apartment's amenities. The master and second bedrooms are fully appointed, with closet and dresser storage, and bedding included. The "Jack-and-Jill" bathroom connecting the bedrooms contains the original clawfoot bathtub (fitted with a shower head), and offers bath linens for your convenience.
