The seven single-occupancy bedrooms have individual entrances and offer private full baths. A community living room, kitchen, and laundry facilities (located in 469 Faulkner Drive) are shared by residents of both buildings.

Faulkner Drive Rooms are in the vicinity of Faulkner House, which was named for William Faulkner, the prolific writer about the American south who was the University’s Writer in Residence in the late 1950s.
