What will Ivy Road Apartments be like?
Currently under construction at the corner of Ivy and Copeley Roads, Ivy Road Apartments will open for upperclass students in Fall 2027. These three six-story buildings will offer single-bedroom apartments in studio, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom configurations. Each apartment will have one or two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and living/dining space. Situated along the Ivy Road Corridor close to athletics facilities and John Paul Jones Arena, these apartments will feature indoor and outdoor common areas, green space, and a street-level food court for the University community.
Please note that the specific building names for this housing area have not yet been determined by the University. This webpage will be updated with those names once they have been announced.
Ivy Road apartments and capacities will include:
4-bedroom (4-person): 151 apartments, 604 students
3-bedroom (3-person): 46 apartments, 138 students
Studio (1-person): 38 apartments, 38 students
