University of Virginia students consider it an honor to live in one of the rooms on the Range. Located in Mr. Jefferson's original buildings, the Academical Village, these single rooms are truly in the center of the University.

Each room is furnished with a bed, desk, and rocking chair, and includes a closet and sink. All rooms have air-conditioning and a fireplace. While no kitchen or study lounges are available, anything you might need is located just a few steps from your room. Bathroom facilities are located on both sides of the Lawn, and a laundry room on the east side of the Lawn serves both the Lawn and Range.
