This area’s 28 two-story air-conditioned buildings offer four one-bedroom and four two-bedroom units on both the first and second floors. Units contain one bathroom with a bathtub. Some buildings have three-bedroom apartments on the lower level (partly below ground), and may be may be three stories at the rear due to the terrain. There are 254 apartments in total.
